College Sense, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. College Sense, LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide in connection with our college advising services for high school students. We may collect information such as names, contact details, academic records, and related materials through forms, communications, or advising sessions. This information is used solely to deliver our services and is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent. Reasonable safeguards are in place to protect your data, including secure storage and restricted access. If the student is under 18, parental consent is required and obtained via the signature on the contract option agreement. The private information (including academic records and essay drafts) and other student information will not be obtained prior to receiving the explicit permission of the guardian and student in this contract signing. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at katynewcomb5@gmail.com or 630-862-4750. We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here.
Terms and Conditions for College Sense, LLC

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
College Sense, LLC provides educational consulting services, including but not limited to college admissions guidance, test and essay coaching, and academic planning. Services are delivered over the course of many scheduled sessions, typically spanning from 16 weeks to up to 3 years, depending on the selected package and individual student needs. Session scheduling will be coordinated directly between the client and College Sense, LLC
2. Appointments & Payments
- Appointments must be scheduled by contacting College Sense, LLC directly.
- Payment is required at the time of booking a session after an optional free consultation.
- Credit card payments accepted via secure third-party processors.
- Zelle payments are also accepted (connected to katynewcomb5@gmail.com)
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- No refunds on the initial payment of a multi-payment contract plan.
- Cancellations must be made no later than after 3 total sessions and/or 60 days from contract signing (whichever comes first).
- Refunds will be issued as a waiver of remaining payments, depending on the selected package.
- If the contract is paid in full at signing, the following refund amounts apply:

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and actively participate in the consulting process.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by College Sense, LLC are the intellectual property of College Sense, LLC and may not be reused or redistributed without written permission.
6. Disclaimer
Our services do not guarantee admission to any educational institution.
7. Limitation of Liability
College Sense, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois.
9. Changes to Terms
College Sense, LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the new terms.
